ABOUT US

Nathan Carr is a gifted 21 year-old musician born and raised in Ajax, ON, just on the outskirts of Toronto. He’s been carrying around a guitar since the age of three, and after writing his first song at the age of 11, he hasn’t looked back.


In 2024, Nathan released his EP “Welcome To The Dream” with the two lead singles “Mr. Blame”, and “Living In A Dream”. This release displayed a mature shift in Nathan’s sound, drawing influence from artists like Big Wreck, Rush, John Mayer, and Incubus. This EP is part of Nathan’s 10 song full length album “Dreaming Of A Nightmare” just released on February 8th 2026

Nathan’s relatable lyrics, and progressively catchy riffs, makes his music uniquely identifiable, and captivates his audience, always leaving them wanting more.

Nathan, and his band’s live show consists of a high energy performance with music representing relatable lyrics and melodies accompanied by well crafted instrumentation with elements from genres such as hard rock, prog, blues, and funk. The Nathan Carr Band have headlined a sold out show at the iconic El Mocambo in toronto. They have supported the likes of Harem Scarem, Kim Mitchell, Blue Coupe, and Frank Soda, to name a few.

Toronto the legacy

Nathan is the guitar player for the Canadian Classic Rock Band “Toronto The Legacy”

Toronto is known for many hit singles in their native Canada during the early 1980s, including “Your Daddy Don’t Know”, “Start Tellin’ the Truth”, and “Girls’ Night Out”

The song “What About Love” was originally recorded by Toronto during the “Get It on Credit” sessions. In 1985, the song was offered to Heart, who turned “What About Love” into an international top 10 hit. Toronto’s original version was eventually released in 2002 as a bonus track on the CD reissues of several of their albums.
